「藍色」是國際認可代表「支持自閉症」的顏色。在各地服務自閉症人士的機構每年都會以「藍色」作為主題來籌辦不同的籌款及公眾教育活動，來響應和支持「世界關注自閉症日」。在香港，APF以同一理念在過去數年舉辦了「藍服日」，並邀請不同界別的人士來宣揚支持自閉症的訊息。

“Blue” is the global colour synonymous with “supporting autism”. Organisations that provide services for people with autism all over the world will organise fundraising events and public education campaigns with the themed colour in responding and supporting “World Autism Awareness Day”. In Hong Kong, APF adopted the same idea in the past years to organise “Dress Blue Day” by inviting people from different sectors to promote the message of supporting autism.
